I am an Economist at the U.S. Census Bureau.
My research areas include job search behavior, the design of fair and efficient hiring practices, and the measurement of the U.S. labor market through household surveys.
I received my Ph.D. in Economics from Boston College in 2024 and my B.A. in Economics (with Honors) from NYU Shanghai in 2017.
